Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes it is a big country but we have it covered! We have flat-rate standard shipping for $10.95 Australia-wide. Orders over $99 to the one delivery address are delivered for free.
Do the stated products prices include GST?
Yes,our all products prices are GST INCLUSIVE*.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Yes,you are able to request for specific day delivery,however on specific days delivery cannot be guaranteed. But we will always put our best efforts to deliver on the your specific day.
How long does it take for you to reply to my query?
We will try and respond to your query as soon as possible, but please allow 24 hours for us to respond.
How long will it take to reach the recipient?
We aim to send out your order within day of order or the following business day. We are located in Perth, and therefore delivery times to different locations in Australia do vary. See our Delivery page for more information.
If item arrived damaged/faulty on delivery, what should I do?
We take extra care to pack all your items carefully, but, being giftware, items occasionally do get damaged in transit.
If you find some of your stock is damaged on arrival, please be sure to report it within 10days of delivery.
We recommend that you take a photo of any damage product and:

Please be sure to include your customer name, invoice number and product code of the damaged item.
We will let you know how to return the item and then either replace it or issue a credit
Will an invoice be included in the parcel?
Yes we include an invoice in the parcel. And also the invoice is emailed directly to you as soon as the order is placed.
