Returns are easy at GIFTOCITY. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to the address below within 10 days of receiving it. We will refund the full purchase value of the items returned (excluding delivery)**.

Please note refund will be made after receiving the item.


Also send a note to us via the Contact Us page telling us what you are returning and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

***Please pack the goods carefully in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during their return.

**Shipping charges will apply to send the replacement item.


Damaged Products


All our products are packed carefully, so damages are rare. However occasionally damages occur during transit that are beyond our control. If your goods arrived damaged please follow these steps :

  • For damaged, broken or defective items: Simply email a clear photo of the damage along with a brief description of the fault to sales@giftocity.com.au
  • Once we verify the damage or defect, then we will issue a replacement or refund of the full purchase price **(excluding postage).
  • If we do not have an exact replacement in stock you also get refund of full purchase**(excluding postage).
